O'Riley, Tim, 2021, Printed Publication, Antarktikos
Abstract or Description: | Antarktikos: Mapping Nature is the inaugural issue for an annual journal, which combines artistic and scientific exploration within the context of Antarctica. The journal aims to provide a platform for a broad range of artistic and scientific perspectives that can reinforce one another. O'Riley's contribution centres around spreads from his 2020 book, Endlessness, which is centred around a pair of skis that belonged to Apsley Cherry-Garrard, one of the members of Scott's ill-fated expedition of 1910-13. |
